Summary/Remodel Narrative:

  • 2005 New Guest house, New Garage, New Mound Septic system constructed. Sonoma County approved the addition of the guest house over new garage requiring a full upgrade of the septic system. The addition of the new guest house required the previous owner to represent the existing 2BR/2BA main house as 1 BR+DEN/2BA and 1 BR/1BA for the guest house.
  • 2015-2016 Main House went through a major remodel – a complete gut job to the studs. Removed all windows and doors, old kitchen, bathrooms, walls, floors, appliances, light fixtures, etc. Removed all old decking board and support beams in front and back of the house. Removed and moved walls and increased ceiling height by removing drop ceiling in living room and kitchen. Opened the wall of the house to the far-reaching view by removing windows, increasing the height of the opening to accommodate new sliders. Reinforced subfloor. Constructed a new, larger deck front and back of the main house. Reworked the flow of the interior and exterior spaces. Added stainless steel outdoor hand railings and SS cable deck railings. Replaced windows with sliders. New bathrooms, new kitchen, new appliances, added W/D closet, house fan. New gunite approx. 30’x14′ infinity edge swimming pool was constructed. Work was done with permits and finaled by County.
